• Carding/Fraud Activities
• Netscanning/Portscanning
• Malicious Scripts (Example: orginate DDoS attacks or hack attempts)
• DDoS/DoS Activities
• Botnet/RAT Hosting or Activities

If we receive a report against any customer using our servers for any of these listed activities or unlawful activities, we reserve the right to terminate the customer from Xeroxy without any notice and we won’t be providing them with backup of their data or refund their payment done for our service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website and services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
