All RDP/VPS are for a duration of 1 month and you can renew the same RDP as much as you want

Not at all, we offer completely FREE RDP/VPS setups with the option for unlimited OS Reinstallation

All our RDPs consists of network connection of upto 1 GBPS. Unmetered means you can use unlimited amount of data and arent charged extra for the data you use

Hostname refers to the name you would like to keep for your RDP and it can be any name you want.

Root Password refers to the RDP Main Password which will be used to login into the RDPs

Yes we do. You can create Support Ticket and we will be able to help you

Dedicated IPv4 means you get your own whitelisted IP which doesn’t change and you can renew the same IP multiple times

We haven’t blocked any ports for our services. Customer is responsible for all the activities that come from that port and it should abide by our Terms of Service 

You are charged a 10% late fee on your invoice for that current month only.

You receive multiple emails before the due date so make sure while signing up, you provide an email address in which you check mails frequently

 

We have a Strict No-Refund Policy under any circumstance. We provide compensation in form of extra days if there is any issue from our end.

We currently accept Crypto Currency, PayPal and Stripe (For Credit and Debit Cards) only on our platforms. We are working on more payment methods soon. You can contact us to recommend a payment method you would like to see
